Rules on vehicle modifications (type approval, emissions, road safety, roadworthiness testing, insurance) are specific to each country, and some services may be prohibited there on public roads. Before any work, the agent checks the regulations in their country, informs the end customer and has them sign the required documents; the agent remains solely responsible for installing and using the files.
